About the building.

The building faces the ocean and is located directly on the beach. There is also a swimming pool. While you are sitting at the pool, you can contemplate walking the twenty feet to the beach; however, if that is too much exertion, just sit lazily and muster up some energy.

You can't really beat this view. The sounds of the Caribbean sea lapping can lull you into a real vacation coma. Leave your work and stress behind!
