About the building.

The building faces the ocean and is located directly on the beach. There is also a swimming pool. While you are sitting at the pool, you can contemplate walking the twenty feet to the beach; however, if that is too much exertion, just sit lazily and muster up some energy.
The View!

You can't really beat this view. The sounds of the Caribbean sea lapping can lull you into a real vacation coma. Leave your work and stress behind!
Can't get enough of this view...

The apartment, as stated, overlooks the beach. The angle of this photo also includes the small houses right below. You'll notice that except for a few homes, the apartment is virtually on the beach, making this is not only an ideal view, but also a real convenience for beach lovers.

Warm, vibrant colors

The apartment is painted in warm colors. This shot shows the living/dining area, which is painted in a bright yellow. The bedrooms are painted in green and blue. The apartment is bright, clean, and cheerful.

After a tough day of snorkeling, you can always kick back and make yourself comfortable...
Dining with Puerto Rican Style

The Cozy Coqui is decorated with Caribbean artwork like masks from Loiza and Ponce (Puerto Rico), prints from Antigua, etc.
Definitely Bonding Time

As big game-lovers, we've put together an extensive game library to help you enjoy your time and each other. The library includes: Monopoly, Scrabble, Dominoes, cards, Uno, Connect Four, Backgammon, Spanish Scrabble, Fact or Crap, Yahtzee, Mind Trap, Chinese Checkers, and the library continues to grow! If games aren't your thing, the apartment is equipped with cable TV, DVD player, a reading library (high level literature to brain candy to mysteries to romances to true crime...) and a Stereo with CD player.
The Master Bedroom

Here is the master bedroom painted very cheerfully in bright caribbean colors. The room overlooks the lush tropical hillside and homes. It has its own private bathroom and is equipped with a double bed, a ceiling fan, and an air conditioner. Very cheerful.
The Blue Bedroom

Here is the secondary bedroom, our favorite, with views of the water. It's really cheerful and has full mirrored closets, which add to the brightness of the room. It is equipped with a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. You'll be surrounded by blue: walls, sky, and water. It's lovely.
Corgega Beach

Strolling south on the beach, this is what you will find.
Desecheo

On a clear day, you can see the island fomr the Cozy Coqui.
Piratas


Stroll a few steps north on the beach, and you can enjoy the best drinks on the planet: the Pirata at the Cofresi Beach Bar. They are delicious, potent, and of course, served in a coconut as you would expect on any tropical vacation. Cheers!

The Recipe
1 Bacardi Light, 1 Bacardi Gold, 1 Bacardi 151, 1 1/2 Creme de Cacao, 1 oz. coconut milk, 1 oz evaporated milk, splash of cinnamon.
Leave the car parked!These are really strong.
